The organization is founded on the basis of Article 19 (2) of the constitution of Kenya of Rights and Fundamental freedoms which states that “The purpose of recognizing and protecting human rights and fundamental freedoms is to preserve the dignity of individuals and communities and to promote social justice and the realization of the potential of all human beings”
As an organization we adhere to the supreme law of the land. We believe in a system which is just, transparent and accountable to its people.
A society where there is active involvement of all stakeholders including the government private sector and the civil society. This will enhance proper implementation of the rule of law hence good governance becomes a tool for ensuring domestic accountability. This brings about a sustainable socio-economic development at all levels from county to the National.
When we stand tall and be vocal without fear or favor and focus on the vision for an open society based on equality and each individual takes a firm stand and acts to protect our human rights. Together we can eventually turn the tides. One way of attaining equality is when there is peaceful coexistence.
